    3’whole eggs
    100g berries

    400g potatoes
    50g greens
    5g oil

    100g smoked salmon
    70g jasmine rice

    20 mins into training

    Action for this recovery phase.

    No gh this is all we will run.

    I believe I can grow a lot and get super fresh on food post show. Just make sure the condition doesn’t suffer and we will be good.

    Get super fresh first before we start rebound ??

    No change to be honest just optimising digestion and making sure waist line stays super tight. I like that’s set up

    What are your hopes for Romania?

    And how did it feel hearing the commentators at the British Grand Prix saying you would be ‘unbeatable’ with another stone of muscle? Double-edged sword; a compliment of sorts but difficult when someone believes you’re not big enough?

    No hopes at all, just want to bring a better package before I start my offseason.

    Plan is to come back next year with another 12-15 lbs of muscle

    Year after repeat this

    Next year I WILL be competitive

    Year after I will be winning and qualify for the Olympia.

    I don’t doubt it. You have very good lines and a very good shape. And from what I have seen, an excellent work ethic. Up to 30lbs in two years would be brilliant. When I look back at my first year of competition last year, I do wonder whether I even have 10lbs of muscle on my frame in total! Best of luck in Romania.
