    I have perfect idea. Im using camera connected with my phone. Camera above me, f.e. on rack, phone under the bench im rowing. Now i have live stream what happend on my back.
    *im use to pull off the t-shirt also 😉

    What about footbaal barbell for triceps ? Are you rotating it or dismiss ?

    what about your triceps triggers points, did you handle it so far?

    i couldnt for 10day in row stretch the triceps.
    First time i forgott make dc strech after training, and few day later in rest days triggers points show up, holy s..t!

    I don’t understand the question , do you mean when I do a 3-5 rep ? Literally when I feel like everything is effortless and I’m safe and my energy is crazy high and I’m basically buzzing around the gym laughing at the sets. Happens once every couple of months

    Thanks. To be fully clear, next the same season do you just progress the same style only top set,right? For example:
    The day:
    Top set 12reps 100kg (and failure on 13)
    Extra set 3-5reps 140kg (and failure)
    Back off set

    Next, same training:
    Top set: 12reps 102kg
    Back off set

    Could you explain/assume the no planed, additional set off 4reps. I saw, sometimes you have your day, and hit additional 4reps to touch news weight. How it influence your next the same season? You just continue progression by additional reps/weight to your generał set?(no extra 4rep set)

    can u explain why did you give up with db press movement, and switch to machine ?

    I can guess , that its about better progressive overload and low injury level?
    im a little scary of fully quit db press, cose stabilising muscle strengthen very well, otherwise throwing up the db sometimes is dengerous.

    btw, about your stomach problems after orals, you shoud try this – it can ryly help with protecting stomach tissue without reducing hcl level

    I don’t waste energy in the warm ups , it’s literally that simple . I also have a pec injury that gets hurt every single session, so I just get warm, the gun helps. The gun has been in most sessions for the last 4 months , it’s probably just not caught on camera .

    thx, but what about kind of rehab, u know trigger points etc? its only aboud DC strech during sesion? or additionl professional rehabilitation ? or homemade spending time for it in rest days?

    Hi Jordan!
    I saw your warmp up is just few extra sets before first working series and sometimes extra Hypervolt.
    Could you explain your idea about small warm up, i mean without for example rolling, which is so “trendy”? And what do you expecting from hypervolt (how you feel this tool?)
    im confused cose generaly i saw the less i prepare to training before i have more confidence and concentration on the movment.
    If i make too much streching and rolling in my warp up, sometimes my muscle are too “soft” and the movment isnt so good.
    PS. One year ago i changed my attitude to progressing overload, and im fallen in love in your DC style! THX!

    hi, you once said that you mixed your meals, and this wasnt so good.
    Could you explain why did you decide on mixing meals in the past, and why did you stop it ?
    *I think i made recently the same mistake. I ate regular melas, everythink was ok, and step by step i starting mixing more and more, you know, for spending less time to biting it ;). After few day better digestion, my digestion going worse in next few day.
