Thank you for the response, I’m doing the same now also, did you try any form of pain relief? Really feels like the joints is where the pain is and not anything muscular

I just think I would struggle to feel anything in my chest if I done it post shoulders. Also, my chest is an area I’m trying to bring up and shoulders already a strong point. Thanks for you’re reply!
