Has your intensity in the gym changed ? Training frequency?

The above is definitely great questions I’d like to see heath supps stack and die to give an honest opinion

No training and diet has pretty much stayed the same and my ferritin levels have been high for years also my prolactin. I came off all peds for 8 years and issues where the same may of come down a tad. Now im back on peds I dont blast more than 700mg atm and I cruise on 200mg.

    My health sups are :-

    2000mg omega 3 6 9

    8000 iu vit d3

    8000 fu nattokinase

    200mg vit b6 p5p

    15000mg garlic pearls

    500mg agnus cactus

    1000mg grape seed extract

    300mg coq10 ubiquinone

    400iu vit e

    25mg zinc

All taken daily some are split in to am and pm

    Thanks

Right going to lower the post work out carbs to 100g cereal and 25g raisins and then add in 50g oats mixed with almond butter split over the 10 and 1 pm meal.

Or possibly 2 rice cakes with some almond butter at 10 am and same at 1 pm

Does it tend to be post meals 10am and 1pm? As his would make sense.

Your basically loading up on sugars around training and then going protein only with a tiny bit of sugar from pineapple and fibre from peas. So there is know lower longer lasting/slower digesting carbs here to maintain BG levels.

Then as Kuba says your taking drugs to improve insulin sensitivity which means your body is even more reactive to my first point and then environment you are creating.

Yes mate it is at these times, so would I be better off lowering the high gi carbs at post work out and putting a tad of lower gi carbs with 10 am meal and 1pm meal ?

Check bloods at weeks 6-7. Then re

To me it seems like you need to find out we’re your sweet spot range is for E2 and then design all based on that

Thanks for reply mate always appreciate your input.
