When you say open do you mean simply the plastic cap is just off. Rubber is still there and intact.

I would imagine your E2 is bottomed out on these ratios bud, thats more Eq than I need on 750mg test. Verifying via blood work is the one way to confirm of course but I would 1/2 your Eq dose and up test to 600mg for a few weeks if not getting blood work to confirm.
Thanks for this mate, I know im e2 sensitve as last cycle i was on 400mg cyp and 200mg mast and my e2 was 356 so wasn’t sure if it would be high e2 even with the bold ill half it and go from there

Ye I took in some water mate.
I took it again this morning and was 130/80
Doc wants a weeks worth of reading morning and evening and then see where they go from there mayb they will want to give me something for it. I kinda gotta go thru with it to keep this sleep apnea appointment going

Recovery is getting there for sure i took a 2 whole weeks off over the Xmas period, ive now added in bpc 157 at 1000mg a day and training legs but choosing exercises that dont aggrevate my leg 2 much and using shorter range of motion to try and train whilst still letting it heel.

I dont have a fortitude training split atm im just running upper / lower
Mon-tues- Thurs- Fri
I was just interested if any 1 has tried fortitude training before looks interesting but complicated
