Thanks for the replies guys.
No I don’t do any direct glute work in my lower sessions, I’m currently changing my sessions to ppl so my knee can have a little more rest as upper lower is killing my knee.
The pain is right at the top of the knee cap, I don’t think my knee collapses inwards on pressing I will pay more attention to it next time but it’s not obvious.
Also after I trained when I drive to work my knee being bent whilst sitting can play havoc.
No there has been no diagnosis just been trying to do everything myself as I don’t no of a good physio around my area that has been recommend.

When does it hurt exactly ?
Do you mean abductors ?
It’s been hurting with any pressing and leg extensions and then painful after workouts made leg training a nightmare tbh. But since starting internal hip stretches and slight strenghtening seems to have improved abit.
No I mean I’ve been doing the Adductor machine in my leg training which I haven’t done previously and I haven’t been directly training my gluten (bridge machine) was wondering If it was possible I have caused and imbalance which has resulted in my injury

Ye condition is still good atm, struggling to push with food atm tbh I’m at an all time high with food but only 3 lbs heavier than my last push up feel abit disappointed I don’t wanna diet it off and to have made no progress gains wise l. Or is pushing up 20lbs unrealistic time after time

When was the last time you actually took some rest ?
I train upper/lower 4 days a week Mon, tue, thur, Fri
And I had a week off mid way thru first push up and had 2 weeks off in this push up due to having proper flu so didn’t wanna take anymore time off atm and feel OK training wise tbh
