I do a weekly average to take my weight

Yes I feel like I’m recovering OK, progressing on everything upper and lower, my form is good I feel and I reduced my load on presses about 8 weeks ago and I’ve been slowly upping it and handling the weight fine.
I do have a physical job as I’m a builder I’m constantly on the go and on my feet. I feel like It could be volume but I don’t want to lower it off my own back as I want to progress in this area and I’m not expericed enough to no where to go with it

I haven’t been to see a specialist because I rested my knees for about 3 weeks and when I went back reset my loading I was good to go but now I’m in week 7 of my push up and it’s coming back again right on the patella

Appreciate that guys but Im starting to think it’s the frequency/ volume and perhaps my knees can’t take it?
As I can only train 4x a week upper lower suits me great but if this is the issue what’s my next move that’s why I was asking if switching to single leg would be a good idea

Also to add my appetite isn’t the same as first cycle deff finding it harder to get thr calories in this cycle
