I wake at 4 20 and train at 5 due to work. I asked on here before and was advised to do
50g clear whey and 50g hbcd and 20g honey on wake then sip 25g hbcd during workout then post work out at 730 being 60g whey 120g cereal 30g honey. This sound OK?

Nice work first cycle and this is perfect , don’t go more ! I am certain if you make the same push up , you will get the same gains again
But let’s focus on some other areas , can you pinpoint some things you can improve on in training or nutrition during the last process ?
So stick with the 300mg test cyp and 200 mg masteron.
Yes mate after asking few questions on here I’ve realised my protein was too low and was training fasted so changed all that around for this push up and I went abit crazy with overload on legs and lost form and picked up an injury so rehabed that and now overload is key for me with perfect form on legs this push up !! Hoping this can bring me the same results again

I woild personally do this
1 L water upon wake with 5g creatine & glutamine with 20g MPs max and 50g performance fuel 20g honey
Keep your intra as is with creatine & glutamine
Having the water & carbs / pro upon wake will see you already going into session fed rather than fasted, you will always perform better fed vs fasted
Will do exactly this

Yes mate as the set goes on my grip gets worse and the last rep it feels like the bar is on my finger tips.
Thanks gor advice I will look in to my strapping

It is mate as if I change back to up and under I can lift around 30kg more I just haven’t gone back to that grip as don’t want to risk injuring my bicep. When doing over hand I go to failure but it’s my grip that fails not me doing the movement if that makes sense
