Thanks guys I do use straps but still around 30kg off what I was doing.
But I’ll stick with over hand to avoid irritating the bicep and try get stronger with this grip

Been using the site last few times always gets a little bit dead as its new but not like this been dead all day I’m guessing not deep enough with the half inch 30g may b I need to push the barrel in a little harder?
Not causing any issues not going deep enough am I? I no it’s not ideal

Thanks for the reply but what do you mean focus on joint alignment? Do you mean foot positioning to hips while squatting and leg pressing ?

It’s my left knee mainly started at the front of knee while doing any sort of squat so then changed to leg presses and pain eventually started with that and after training driving to work knee was throbbing. Atm feels good when walking about but still some soreness when waking up first thing.
Both knees are tender but left one was the worse
