David yes mate, same stuff I have used previously but never went higher than 400mg last time. I got the typically water weight at the start of cycle, but because cals weren’t high enough I actually started to lean out even more, this is when the increase in cals became weekly to the point we are now.

David that’s exactly why I posting this… I cut down to 185lbs and maintained that on 2500 cals.. then I upped my cals by 250 to start my push up in weight but with no gain.. then another 250 then another 250.. took me until around 4000 cals for me to gain 1 pound!

Hey corinne, got my bf % done two weeks ago and was at 11%.. And I’ve only put on 2 lbs since then, I know 11% isn’t exactly lean, but still fairly vascular on my arms, delts and lower abs.

And yeah I’m for sure getting in 6500. Track everything on MyFitnessPal. With my diet I eat different sources of most things basically everyday purely to stop me from getting bored and still being able to get food in..
Carbs – rice, pastas, breads, bagels, jams, cereals,
    Fats – oils, nuts, avocados
Protein – chicken, turkey, minced beef, tuna, salmon

    900grams carbs, 400grams protein, 140-150grams fats

Cheers for the replies, I’ll take the advice and add some more fats in from oils etc.. get in another 250 + cals and see where that takes me..

Evalution coaching lifts are progressing very very well, always focusing on progressive overload for all main sets. It’s just the body weight not going up which I am frustrated with because as you said yourself 6500 is very high for my bodyweight
