For tourism and a brilliant gym. Edinburgh is great, I work at summit fitness here and we have some pieces that are 1 of only 2 or 3 in the uk. It’s also a great city to be a tourist in, flex unit(best gym in Scotland) is also just 30 mins away.

Totally agree with sarah on everything.

Would also ask you if you kept an output like cardio or steps during this off ? I would always keep a little bit for your fitness

I’ve pulled cardio out a couple weeks ago, worth keeping in? Been doing 12k steps as a minimum and 4k of these are fasted first thing

Even with squats and deadlifts the day prior to the rest day, you’ll still be holding a response from that session (as its a hefty session! ) I would actually recommend taking a few more days rest prior to taking bloods to see where the readings are then. Regarding cholesterol , whats your diet looking like? We can take all the supplements in the world, but if the diet isnt where it needs to be then we need to assess that first. Making sure we’ve got plenty of good fats in our diet; olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, and oily fish will help bring cholesterol to a better position, just make sure that you don’t outside of your calorie amounts 🙂

Diet has been consistent for off season. I have one off plan meal a week, other than this. I am on
290g protein
623g carb
47g fat.

My fat source is mostly from eggs and dark choc. Not a fan of fish but I do have 6 oh mega per day.

Could the training have impacted liver reading?

Hey,

Are you taking any health supplements? Had you trained hard prior to bloodwork.

I take basically the full Tbjp range all at full doses. I had a rest the day before but prior to that had done dead’s and squats

I’ve been dealing with this as well. 20g to 7g is a big drop off and change in electrolyte balance, if it was working well before I’d go back to the previous.

I pulled GH out for 7 days and numbness is basically completely gone. I’d recommend it! I will dial back up slowly as recommended by the pros on here

I guess the question is more what is the goal for the rest of this phase?

You could definitely utilise G H at 5/6 units likely getting less of interrupted sleep but the benefits of utilising it

NPP if you were getting a lot of water weight from it but liked utilising it, you could go in with a smaller of 200 MG per week

The goal is just to put on as much muscle as possible.

The water weight was giving me sides that made day to day life pretty uncomfortable. So I think I’m gonna avoid putting the NPP back in, even though mentally I enjoyed it an didn’t get any severe sides. The water around my ankles was uncomfortable and don’t want that to come back!

I’ll try adding in 5 units again, should I build up to this? Start at 2 units for a week and build it up

Pull back on the food, this much gain isn’t just water buddy

None of these drugs will make you hold

This much water unless your electrolytes are totally off

Had thought so. I’ll pull food down a good bit for a couple weeks and evaluate from there

Nice, thanks for the replies. I’ve dropped sodium intake quite drastically today to see if that helps tonight, if not. I’ll try splitting the dose as well tomorrow!

Thank you everyone. Feeling ready to get some gains 💪🏻

What would you consider as high blood glucose? Mine is usually between 5.2 and 5.8 fasted, been this way for a while now

Firstly yes taking t3 will down regulate / shut off own production in general.

I’m yet to come across any one who did not recover there thyroid to normal levels post extended use.

I’ve used both for atleast 18 months to 2 years solid before as have many many people n clients I know with no issues to note

Following on from this. Would you recommend using the 100 T4 throughout off season?

I’ve been off both for around 5 months now. But unsure if I should put that back in while pushing weight up

This looks decent .. any lagging body parts? Any strong or dominating body parts ?

This isn’t first assisted off season after doing it naturally for 3 years. To be honest, I need to bring everything up. Even when lean lean, I have really wide hips, so shoulders and lats maybe need a bit more?
Can you please send me your latest updates in my DM and I’ll be able to give you my opinion?
