IMO it’s really helpful if the person who preps you really knows you and how your body works. Working together for a longer time will be def a good investion if you are happy with your progress so far.

Pull 3 Today ! Really nice session, didn’t go as heavy as usual but as my chiropractor said, no big weights for the next days. I‘m really happy that body works better know and if this means slowing down a little bit than I will def do that 🙂

Legs today but I decided to not going as heavy as normal and I dropped movements where I have weights on my back this would be counterproductive since yesterday’s back deep tissue massage. My whole upper body is sore especially the traps ???? so I just did
-leg extensions
-leg press near stance
– seated legcurls
– single leg legpress focus hamstrings
– hip thrusts

I´m doing the glute bridge on the smithmachine but its a smithmachine where you can go all the way down .. you can place the bench against a wall so there´s no moving 😉

looks good to me but I would start with a isolation ex for legs , like legextension pre leg press 🙂

hands down for this fantastic deep tissue massage and this genius men also put my shoulder in the right place. Need to be careful during workouts know but def feeling better. I cannot repeat it often enough but things like deep tissue massages, stretching, mobility work are so important if you want to improve your physique.

I think your metabolism works really well right know. I wouldn’t increase calories too fast. Take pictures once a week and compare them, than you can decide if going up with calories is necessary.

Rest day for me. Didn’t even do cardio, really want to rest my whole body today, just a doctor appointment (yes again ????♀️) a little bit of work and later I‘m going to my chiropractor , since he helped me a lot after my accident I‘m very impressed by his magic hands ????

In off season I eat cottage cheese, skyr or fat free greek yoghurt almost daily. If you tolerate dairy products this is great protein source ????

so since you going down with 200cals a week I would do the same with going up. add 200cals per week and record your progress

PULL today at DAS GYM, intelligent strength, really really recommend this gym because the equipment is outstanding.
– reverse flys db
– pullover machine
– isolateral high row
– panatta row
– seal row
– curls on incline bench
– bicepscurls (machine)weight is still around 67 kg, doing cardio every other day for 40 min
