don´t worry as long as you make progress in your lifts and physique is getting better ( progress pics, so you can compare) you grow! being sore after a workout is not an indicator for progress

rest day- just cardio 40 min and a nice walk with the dog later, doing some homework for my clients and trying to not become crazy hungry xD. on rest days I have only 1900cals which is low (for me). weight is currently 67kg

feeling really tired after today´s push session, wasn´t really feeling it because my right shoulder/chest/biceps is still shortened..well of course it´s getting better because I really stretch every other day..but sometimes it just sucks! yet tried to make it count. post workout we did a short posing session and guess what I will post some pics 🙂

You‘re very low on calories, according to the pic you’re above 10% anyway I would increase carbs around your workouts for the next days 2 days. When you still progress in the gym and pushing hard there is no need for a refeed

Hello everyone!
My coach is pretty happy with my condition, much better than weeks before even the scale didn’t move !
We dropped calories a little bit just
to be sure I‘m ready 2-3 weeks out
Also had an deep tissue massage for my arms especially my right biceps needed that ! Hurts like hell but feeling better right after it.. no training for me today maybe tomorrow also, just to be sure I’m fully recovered for my next push session 🙂follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
