today I´m gonna see a lung specialist, getting a machine which records my breathing during sleep. as I wrote some multiple times before I´m dealing with breathing problems because of my nose and this caused laryngitis ( had it twice the last 9 months, combined with antibiotics which where really needed, I was not able to train for about 7-8 weeks, additional to my break after my accident) so as you can imagine this made me really mad since it effected my training!

I think for a women it´s not really necessary to do an extra chest workout, would prefer more shoulder movements and would combine them in a push workout

finally rest day. really need this today even I don´t like to be
lazy
.. 40 min of cardio on empty stomach and abs, breakfast and than we went with the dog for about an hour, getting in some steps. Going to prepare my meat and veggies for the next two days. My carb sources like rice and potates are always fresh cooked on the same day. Later I´m doing my mobility work because without it I can´t hit my poses on stage and my upper body really get thight and hurts.
