  • really depends on what you have eaten previous like Clare said and if you have an carb/pro source during your workout you don´t have to rush
    rice, rice based cereales but also bagles are a good choice

    the stairmaster is more exhausting and your heart rate is getting up quicker but when you keep an eye on it there should be no difference.

    thats just water, don´t worry! a lot of things can influence your weight and play tricks on your mind . Beside the scale I would recommend to take progress pictures, dexa scan and maybe weekly check ins with an experienced coach

    -reverse fly´s (pec dec)
    -shoulderpress (smithmachine)
    -single side laterals
    -incline chestpress
    -narrow grip bench press (smithmachine)
    -side laterals (incline bench)
    -single arm tricepspd
    -vacuum
    -reverse crunches

    try crunches with legs at a right angle (90°) (less stress on the lower back)
    and you have to strengthen your lower back with exercises like back extension, deadlifts, good mornings

    1-2 glasses a day for the taste are no problem , just don´t overdue it. when you´re competing I would cut it one week out.

    rest day! did 30 min of low intensity cardio on empty stomach, cook my meals and go to work
    weight went down but this is no surprise since I ate like a pig the last couple days before diet started.
    starting point is very good even my weight is higher than ever 🙂
