If this pre workout make u feel bad there is no reason taking it !
Maybe switch to a non stim pre workout if u feel like u need something.

Last day of my offseason !
I’m really excited and happy to be able to step on stage again. After my injury I had lot of doubts and anxiety and it was a long way until I throw off the doubts and fears.
The time after my surgery really showed me how unpredictable life is.I‘m so thankful for the people in my life who really believe in my potential and I will use this opportunity to come back better than ever !

When I prep for a show it’s always between 12-15 weeks, never did a prep for only two months.
There is no problem with taking more time but at a certain bodyfat percentage suffering will come it doesn’t matter how long you prep ..follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
