    hey everyone 🙂
    so first day of training since stomach flu but nothing heavy. Felt a little bit weird because I have eaten so much carbs the last 5 days but felt flat like a pancake. Surprisingly strength wasn’t that bad as I thought. First time I did more than one set of pull ups. Sounds crazy but one month ago I couldn´t imagen to do more than two reps. Today my boyfriend and I trained together for the first time since my accident and I maybe I’m childish but I wanted to show him that I’m back in business 😉
    So that´s todays PULL workout (with one calve exercise)

    seated calve raise machine
    seated reverse fly machine
    pullover machine
    t-Bar rows
    pull ups
    low row machine (HS)
    Incline pull downs with the angles 90 grips
    conc curls on incline bench
    horizontal bicepcurl machine
    reverse crunches on the floor
    crunch plank on a stability ball

    eat all my meals, weight is going slowly up ..everything is going well 😉

    You don’t need to take any diuretics . I always would make sure to reverse diet after a competition and increase carbs weekly if necessary.
    For a good off season it’s a must to slowly increasing calories but also making sure digestion is on point!

    Managed to eat all my rest day meals ! Feeling like a normal human being again, still made sure to take it easy and not rush. Just a long walk with the dog and later finally good food. Currently watching @drdeanstmart IG highlight stories stomach bugs. Very interesting and helpful !!

    Hi Danny!
    I always stop training legs one week out just to be sure they are well rested, I would stop doing cardio 3-4 days pre show. Depleting workouts never worked for me so I switched to my normal routine (without legs).

    sorry about being boring but still sitting at home with stomach flu. went to the doctor again because of horrible stomach cramps in the morning.
    feeling useless and skinny but managed to eat some meat today ! finally some protein 😉

    Day two of just eating toast and bananas, stomach feels still sick, ate a little bit more but my body didn’t hold it :/ so the waiting begins .. hopefully tomorrow will be better ! Weight went down from 67kg to 65-64,4kg ! Damn!

    I would try to backload it pre bed if your digestion allows it..but also add some EAAS in the morning pre workout ! Are you currently drinking intra carbs?

    Yeah, I think digestion should be good pre-bed, never had any issues.

    I have 1.5 scoops of Intra Carbs (going to increase to 2 scoops so 50g) and 1 scoop of Supp Needs Intra EAA+ (13g Protein) in my Intra Shake.

    So add a scoop of EAA’s to my pre as well you think?

    So after yesterday’s push workout (which felt really great) and a nice post workout meal , 100g oats and 40g iso whey I went home and recognized my stomach was upset . A horrible night later I think I have a stomach flu 🙁
    So just water, toast and bananas for me today. Next two days no training just waiting for things getting better !

    I have a question due to your post surg lower body training plan.

    Can you describe more specificly how you handled to train lower body 3 times a week? How you manipulated volume and instesity through that time? Maybe if you can share the insight of your regime back then? Do you think you put any new tissue?

    I started to train legs 2 weeks post surgery but the first week it was just for my mental health and to move a little bit !
    With my cluster several things were not possible so I just did leg extension, leg curls, single leg legpress, squat machine, hacksquat and lunges ! Sometimes added adductor and abductor.
    Hacksquat and squat machine were only possible with less weight but increased volume. At this time to be honest I didn’t always count my reps and when I feel tired I stopped . Also didn‘t note my force values like I usually do. So intensity wasn‘t that high but I noticed that my whole body didn’t loose as much tissue as I thought 🙂
    Currently my weight is 67 kg pre surgery 69kg but now bodyfat percentage is much lower (added cardio to my daily routine) so there‘s no reason to complain;)

    during my last prep I used primo, anavar, clen, bromocriptin, ARI, T3+T4 , GH (took primo in my prep 2018 for the first time ever)
    during this off season I used primo and added anavar for 3 months. Currently I´m completly off from gear, to recover and start fresh in my next season

    during my last prep I used primo, anavar, clen, bromocriptin, ARI, T3+T4 , GH (took primo in my prep 2018 for the first time ever)
