Hi Shaun, lot of whole eggs in your diet, I would reduce fats especially around training , as example cream of rice with whey and some fruits will be easier to digest and more useful during your workout!

wupps the announcment of the government will be tommorrow ! my fault!
today was rest day, visited my physiotherapist.. she relieved congestion in the tissue ( arms and shoulders) , let´s see how tommorrows workout will be 🙂 but I guess it will be a very productive one 🙂
I´m also looking forward to one of the last pro shows this year (romanian muscle fest), gonna watch the live stream.. everytime the wpd girls step on stage I get butterflies in my stomach hahah sounds so stupid but this is so cool to watch and I´m really missing the time up there !follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

During work I like to wear running shoes which are well padded and low in weight, also during cardio but I´m only on the bike or stairmaster not running at all xD. During training vibrams or converse are my go-to

really good leg session after yesterday full day of doing pyhsically NOTHING , hehe, I often forgot how important rest days are 😀
check in with my coach Stefan today and he is happy how things are going, we don´t need to put on much size, “just” better hamstrings and side delts are now my goal and of course keeping symmetry !!

rest day aka full day of office work 🙂 also had a nice walk outside with Stefans parents and the dooogooos 🙂 had to switch my plans, tommorrow will be a training day .. LEGS 🙂

I do have upright rows in my current split but I wouldn´t replace lateral raises with them. If you go heavy on this on you will work more with your traps. I know a lot of people who struggle with this exercise so I make sure to do the movement really slow and controlled with focus on my elbows to prevent shoulder injuries

OMG! upper body is more than tired, massage yesterday killed me ! next two days will be rest days, time to recover =) can´t wait for the upcoming dates for the 2021 pro league competitions, seeing all of my fav athletes stepping on stage the last couple of weeks gave me a immense boost to do this also again =)

Hi Henry! Don´t stress about that too much, weight fluctations during offseason are totally normal and could have many reasons(training intensity, sleep, stress, hydration…)! I would not weight myself everday, 1-2x a week is totally enough and will give you a good summary how your body response too your training and diet 🙂

to train 5 days in a row won´t work for the most people because it´s really difficult to recover properly, when intensity is high ! I would prefer a upper/lower split (4days) with at least on rest day inbetween

had a personal training outside with a client of mine ! finally some kind of normal life 🙂 later deep tissue massage ! hurt like hell but def feeling better now 😉

I won´t rely on that because it´s not precise and it doesn´t really matter if you have burned 200 or 300 calories. what matters (when you want to lose weight) being in a caloric deficit (diet) and creating an higher output than usually (steps, cardio)
