Rest day for me, means 30 mins of fasted cardio and then off to work. Later we visited Stefans parents (it’s Father’s Day in Austria) and we had a delicious dinner . Selfmade rips with potato wedges .. not gonna lie I enjoyed the weekend ????????

Sunny weekend here in Vienna , big walk with the dog and fasted cardio , now I’m gonna train back and than my shift in the gym starts ! Just saw that the Ben weider classic showdate will be confirmed soon.. maybe we start to prep a little bit earlier than expected ? ????

Wrist pain is nearly gone ! So happy ! Trained legs today with a client of mine and some friends, good session but when I’m in a gym for the first time I must try every machine ???? so the workout was good but a little different than usually !
Post training we went for a steak with fries ????
On Monday I’ll start a cut to see what’s beneath that fat and water ???? and of course to use the rebound after for a push .
So the plan is to reduce bodyfat a little bit , push again up, recover and in the end of the year prep for my pro debut . Hopefully this time the pandemic won’t stop me ????follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

to activate my lats and in general to get a better mind muscle connection I often start with banded scapula pull ups or single arm cable pullovers

really good push session but straight after my workout my wrist started to ache. yes exactly the part which was broken and where I have two small screws implanted.

A logbook is very helpful but this shouldn’t ruin your training.
Personally I watch some of my team members here on the side, this motivates me, because they are strong !!!
Before a heavy lift I like to listen to songs which affect me emotionally. I’m very calm before and I try to fully concentrate on myself. In the past when I wasn’t that confident I always said to myself if person xy can do that what stops you from doing it ?! Just try it. Rest day for me, even if I feel like I could train today I decided to rest. Tomorrow I’ll be fully recovered and ready for an epic push session 🙂

During offseason I have enough calories and most of the time I don’t need/want food that’s not in my diet . I really love my offseason meals and I think if you are creative it’s not really necessary but I also enjoy to go out for a steak or sushi from time to time 🙂

Pull today, don’t no why but wasn’t in the zone today, pump wasn’t good and I had troubles to feel my back maybe I should have take another rest day for upper body! Frustrating ????♀️

it´s very hot in vienna atm , in my opinion toooo hot when you´re a heavy weight bodybuilder like me hahaha..but really its exhausting!
