Finally back from work! To take some days off from training was def the right decision , I’m up on my feets the whole day , I’m feeling tired but in a good way ???? really missed this feeling . Yes I love my job ????❤️

I train them on pull days (at the beginning)and push days (at the end) . For rear delts I prefer higher volume, lots of people have trouble to connect with them and start to work with their traps .

Rest day yesterday was really needed , I literally didn’t move from the couch just for food and 1h of mobility work , which is/was also really necessary ????

Beside the things you already mentioned I would also add deep tissue treatments, low intensity cardio and mobility exercises on rest days 🙂

REST DAY 🙂
Weight is currently 75-74 kg, last days of training went very good but know it’s time to recover !
