Hello everyone ! Last leg session before my prep starts tomorrow , enjoyed a very big breakfast today , didn’t eat until 11:30 to save some space ????????.
Starting point : 74kg which is the heaviest I have ever been, let’s see if I made some improvements during my rebound phase

30 mins of cardio and a very late breakfast but it was worth the wait , salmon, toast, butter, eggs and cheese.. yes I’m enjoying the last days until it’s time to work harder than ever 🙂

Personally I would drink a isolat whey postworkout and eat the eggwhites for breakfast or for my last meal instead of the 100-115g of protein powder which you said you’re using
