    -shoulderpress machine
    -overhead cable tricepspd with single arm overhead dB presses
    -seated cable flys
    -side lateral raises (db)
    -tricepspd (wide grip)(cable)
    -lying side lateral raises (cable)

    Ab wheel, planks in different variations, vacuum and reverse crunches are easy to do at home , every second day 2 exercise 3 sets with 15-20 reps 🙂

    Hello everyone ! Last leg session before my prep starts tomorrow , enjoyed a very big breakfast today , didn’t eat until 11:30 to save some space ????????.

    Starting point : 74kg which is the heaviest I have ever been, let’s see if I made some improvements during my rebound phase

    30 mins of cardio and a very late breakfast but it was worth the wait , salmon, toast, butter, eggs and cheese.. yes I’m enjoying the last days until it’s time to work harder than ever 🙂

    Start tracking all your meals! Really makes no sense to just track calories on training days and on rest days not ????
    You’ll lose weight if you’re in a caloric deficit

    Personally I would drink a isolat whey postworkout and eat the eggwhites for breakfast or for my last meal instead of the 100-115g of protein powder which you said you’re using

    -incline Chestpress machine
    -HS shoulderpress (plate loaded)
    -triceps overhead pushdown (cable)
    -(Atlantis )side lateral machine +single arm dB side laterals
    -Butterfly machine
    -single arm tricepspd (rope)
    -chest stretch
    -side laterals (cable)
    -abs (crunches)

    Hey Reg!
    Your condition is good and for gaining new tissue it’s necessary to increase food a little bit !
    You have to slowly increase calories but make sure you are also progressing in the gym.
