    Rest day for me 🙂
    Weight went down a little bit (62,6kg) lowest weight since start of my prep, feeling tired all of the time, no complaining here just a little update ????

    Focus to move the weight with your glutes and hamstrings, shoulders should be locked in to keep the back straight !

    Running for cardio is imo not optimal for your joints when you have a good amount of muscles but when it’s necessary (running tests) than make sure nutrition and recovery is on point

    10 days out and my stomach is a little bit upset ????‍♀️ I think I ate too much veggies yesterday .. hopefully tomorrow will be better, yet I managed to train legs ???? took me 2h ???????? because I’m so slow ????????
    Tomorrow I got some girly stuff to do facial treatment, pedicure and manicure and of course pts at work !

    heeey everyone!
    40 min fasted cardio in the morning, vacuum practice and later I had an awesome skype session with Emma Hyndman, I visited her in August and wanted her to keep an eye on my posing progress. she helped me with little mistakes that def come over a longer period time. her knowledge about bodylanguage and posing is outstanding, I will def work with her in my offseason.
    After that I went straight to the gym and had an good pull session 🙂
    – latpulldowns undergrip
    – db rows
    – isolateral high row single arm
    – latpulldowns single arm
    – rear delts (DB)
    – scottcurls
    – hammer curls (DB)

    Rest day, did a lot of steps (dog, work, shopping) and 30 min of cardio in the morning.

    Hey Lara
    Just passing by and I literally can’t believe how close showtime is!!! As you have mentioned assessing your own condition and what point you should be at with ‘x’ weeks to go is so hard to judge, especially with diet brain. I always have it with check in – look at my photos and think ‘uh-oh, only so many weeks to go – here comes the drop in cals and added output’ but then it comes back as ‘no change’ or ‘more food’. Well, bit less robotic and less copy/paste but completely different to what I’m thinking.
    On the back of that, when I’m back to offseason and can be more subjective I will probably look back at pics in the lead up to shows thinking ‘hmmm, actually not that bad.’ Easier when you’re an offseason blob haha.
    Noticing any regressing in certain movements yet? Overall, everything seems to be going to plan and you seem very happy within yourself which, while it doesn’t seem necessary as you need to ‘suffer’ with prep, is far more advantageous than beating yourself into the ground.

    Hey Sam ! Nice to hear from you, yes prep brain is tricky but as long as my coach tells me everything is fine I‘m okay with that ????
    Recognized that push movements are lot heavier than usually, strength went down a little bit but that’s part of the game right know, for sure I still train intense but no more pr ????????

    I always switch between a smith machine press and a barbell press in my training cycle imo both free weights and machines should be included in your training routines
