    For unilateral isolation exercises I always use high rep sets and I prefer to start with my weaker side/bodypart, I prefer a shorter rest between sides because I do not go to failure.

    So I have seen you break up before your diet has started, so the diet doesn’t affected the relationship.
    I would use the diet as a new beginning, focus on yourself and your goals. If this is emotional not possible for you I would do a break from my diet (if it’s not an prep for a competition) and try to sort my feelings and thoughts

    Hey Danny ! Really depends on how you feel ! After my first prep I was really fucked up and wasn’t able to train, slept every day more than usual and let my body „heal“
    Last prep was totally different , went to the gym 2 days post show and felt great !

    Felt good today, not tired at all so we decided to train today (tomorrow is a little bit busy)
    Great decision, felt good, strong and energy was also high ????
    Slept like 9h I guess ????????????
    Today’s exercises:
    -Reverse flys on incline bench (rear delts)
    -db shoulderpress
    -seated side laterals (single arm)
    -incline dB chestpress
    -dips
    -tricepspushdown wide grip
    -reverse tricepspushdown (didn’t do them for months because of my wrist, today was the first time I really felt the movement in my triceps yaaay ????????)
    -ab roll outs
    -reverse crunches

    Earlier today 40 min on the bike ????

    absolutely buried session! Single leg press is a killer especially with all other compounds first!! fair play! haha

    Hey everyone!
    Legs today with a friend of mine, lucky me didn’t know how to manage that without help ????
    My legs feel like jelly but strength was good 🙂
    today’s exercises:
    -donkey calve raise machine
    -single seated legcurls
    -low near stance leg press
    -reverse lunges (smithmachine)
    -single leg legpress
    -adductor machine
    -glute ham raises

    Earlier today 30 min of cardio, walk with the ???? and post workout we had an nice posing session !
    Will rest tomorrow, everything hurts ????????

    Hey guys and girls !
    Today we trained pull in our fav gym and a videographer took some nice pictures, he also filmed our workout and when it’s cool enough we will sent the processed video to Jordan, hopefully he‘s happy with the outcome so we will post it on the side ????????????
    Tomorrow legs with a friend of mine ! Gonna be painful ????????

    A little bit too high in fats for my taste (milk) but I have seen tesco also sells low fat rice pudding would be a better option 🙂

    Cooked oats with eggwhites are very helpful, add the eggwhites to the oats and put again some water in it and cook everything again in the microwave until it has an fixed consistency , frozen berries with stevia and add some salt to the oats ! Tastes very good and def more volume but at a certain point of diet you will be hungry no matter what you’re doing ????

    Push today, even if I do recognize my strength is slowly decreasing the session was still good! Tried to focus on my way to the gym with some motivational speeches which really really helps me in the last couple weeks 🙂
