This always depends on your current condition. When bodyfat percentage is very low 4 weeks out you it will be beneficial to do 1-2 refeed days but as it has been said pictures would be helpful 🙂

Rest day for me, just work and cardio as always, later I visited my coach Stefan Kienzl for my final check in ???? it’s Not final but the last Time he sees me live before showtime !
I was pretty nervous because well at the end of every prep I can’t assess my own condition and posing. He is very happy and said I made a lot of changes in the last couple weeks (I recognized non of them ????????, diet brain )
Diet stays the same, no changes just doing what we did the last 2 weeks 🙂
His words gave me so much power and motivation. The last couple days where strange and tough but it’s prep so this is nothing new to me ????

currently I´m 3 weeks out so there´s no carb source in my intra shake, so I eat right after my workout, cream of rice with whey isolat. in off season I drink my intra shake (sustain+mps max) during my workout and eat my meal 30 min after my workout

Doing an exercise which hurts will def not help, try deadlifts with the hackbar (helped me a lot during a time when deadlifts weren´t possible because of pain)

hey everyone, today is/was tough, feeling weak, tired, and hungry, totally normal 20 days out.
