as it has been said everyone is different built.. I tried different stances and sticked to a wide stance because it´s feels good.
looks like u do a wide stance which is totally okay but you will use your glutes and adductors more than your quads.

Wouldn’t call it cheat meals just off plan meals which I truly enjoy.
I never count macros or calories when I have a off plan meal once a week I just eat a little bit less after just because I‘m not very hungry after it.

Focus more on progressing on your lifts than on the scale. Gaining tissue takes more time than couple days, weeks.
Use the mirror, take body measurements, eventually dexa scan to see how your current condition is, you shouldn’t add too much unnecessary fat during a gaining phase/ off season.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

great high carb day and great pull session at DAS GYM 🙂
exercise selection for today:– wide grip lat pulldown
– chest-supported t-bar rows
– wide grip cable rows
– yates row
– incline rear delt machine
– bicepcurls on the machine (single arm)
– hammer curls ( cable Tower, rope)Coach is happy with checkin pics right after my workout.. later I´m gonna sent him some more 🙂

yes would def make sense if you put the post post workout and last meal together and eat it around 21-22 or you eat more during the day

Push today 🙂 workout was good even I felt tired and hungry the rest of the day but I‘m completely okay with that. Tomorrow’s high carb day to see how my body response, didn’t expected to get another refeed before showtime ????
