Great stuff Lara! Ready in 10 days, holy shizz – can’t wait to see the changes! Love that stage of daily changes, sometimes multiple changes throughout the day. It is nuts how quickly this year has flown by and what a year it has been eh?
Btw how is your wrist now? That was originally the beginning of this log so I wondered if there are any specific movements that may either be out of the question? For example, any gripping exercises like pull or push where the weight is pressing down on the joint?_________________________________________

Yes seeing daily changes it’s so exciting but at the same time I try to stay calm and focused for the final week !
Thanks for asking everything heald well, there are no movements/exercises which I can’t do, mobility could be better so I’ve decided to work with an physiotherapist on this.

MemberSeptember 10, 2019 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Cheat meals, refeeds – what works for you?Cheat days are unnecessary and unhealthy, stomach issues the next day and being tired the hole day are typical so yes def had cheat days in the past but stopped them when I recognized how they throw me back in progressing
Setting cheat meals sounds weird. Just go for a nice dinner from time to time and enjoy your off season.
High and refeed days are only needed during a deficit or after unusual high activity

When condition is getting better there’s no reason to change your current intake

Hello Hello
Thought I’d drop by and catch up on the latest. Happy belated 30th, sounds like you were spoilt rotten and enjoyed your special day. Hitting 30 didn’t phase me in the slightest, how did you cope in the lead up?
Everything still sounds as though it’s going to plan, apart from diet brain is kicking in haha. My diet brain isn’t forgetful or anything, I just roam the supermarket aisles looking at food ‘ooo, that’ll be nice’ ‘tell you what, wouldn’t mind that’. This is usually in reference to things that I would never eat haha. I’m 7 weeks out so look forward to my, shall we say, extra NEAT activity soon haha.
Hope everything is well with you sport._________________________________________

Hello Sam !
Nice to hear from you, had a great birthday. Being 30 isn’t a big deal for me just the fact how time flies shocks me sometimes ????
Prep is going well, we are ready for the final steps so we dropped calories a little bit to see how fast condition is changing. I think I will drop some weight the next couple days, will def post some pictures. As my coach told me we will be ready in the next 10 days ????follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hey Lara,
Hope you’re doing well,
My girlfriend will/should be up there for top 3 PCA finals in bikini but will hold more muscle than others we are expecting as she wants to move into trained/figure, not next year as she knows it will take time but perhaps 2021/22,
Any key tips you have for her except consistency in off season?
Hugely appreciated!Hey Reece !
Hard to say in general but what always helped me is to reflect my past off season to be aware of making same mistakes again and I always try to objectively asses my weaker bodyparts which is easier when you’re stage lean.
Being consistent during an long off season isn’t that easy so setting short term goals helped me a lot.
Everyone who’s doing this sport successfully is ambitious and determined but what’s the most important thing is that you love what you do and behind hard work should always be fun.follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hey everyone ! Another great workout today with @wotti ????
And yes I trained 3 days in a row time for a good rest day tomorrow ????
Also had an great cupping treatment on my whole back which felt absolutely awesome!
This helps me so much to activate my lats and it also helped me a lot with my shoulder rotation !! Here are some pictures didn’t hurt as much as it looks ????follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Hy Lara,
Can you explain why are you decided to choice egg whites almost bei every meal? why not chicken or fish? thx, Good luck! in the end of the prep are you include fats in your diet or not?Had a good leg session but my left knee hurts a little bit so I switched some exc
Adductor (last set triple drop set)
Abductor (last set triple drop set)
Lying leg curls
Seated legcurls
Leg press wide stance
Rdls (db) ( Near stance leg press wasn’t possible)
Legextensions
Glute ham raise
Also had a check-in with my coach, everything is going well but know he wants pictures and weight every day to decide when the last changes had to be made
On rest days I have only two meals with eggwhites (first and last ) on training days 3 times (breakfast, post workout more volume than whey and last meal )_________________________________________

Take pics of yourself to make sure your body composition is getting better, try to maintain your current bodyfat percentage and add calories slowly !follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

Would def take two rest days but everything above 3 training days in a row is too much.

after my surgery (wrist) I was not allowed to train any bodypart so I just followed my non training meal plan. Worked well! Later when I was allowed to train legs (3x a week) I just increased carbs pre and post workout on training days

I had an complicated bone fracture so the first two weeks completely off from training after that I had to wear a cast for two months, when I get the cast off I started to train my upper body again again but with baby weights and yeah there were also movements which where impossible to do like dips .. 6 months after my surgery I was totally recovered

Holy shit, sounds horrible as an athlete! What did you do with all the free time ? I want to learn a new skill or read some books about nutrition etc. Something valuable. Dont want to sit 3 weeks on the couch and watching netflix.
It was a difficult time and a lot of people helped me to get through this.
I did a lot of things during this time which were neglected because there was never enough time to do them ????
Did a lot of cardio (hometrainer) read a lot of books, met friends more often than before, had a lot of time for my dog and long walks and lots of client work in my home officefollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

I think too much oats could cause digestive problems there are a lot of other options like a simple whey shake with rice cocos milk or/and almonds or almondbutter
