After that you can switch to machines or supported movements

Hey everyone !
Did push today not legs obviously I‘m a little bit confused atm, diet brain ????????
The workout was good but could have been better, wasn’t that focused as usual and I didn’t even know why ????♀️ I guess this could happen sometimes but I hate it !
Tomorrow I’ll train legs with good headphones and a nice playlist (this always helps ????)follow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro

You will see changes weekly/monthly, yes of course you will not reach your physique goal in the next couple of months but you should enjoy the road of getting there day by day. Enjoy the little changes and set yourself some short term goals !

It’s no must to separate fats from carbs but as it has been said by Haider and Louis for post workout I would always choose a high carb/fast protein source !

Yes made the same experience, no appetite after an intense leg session but when u have an intra shake and pwo an shake with whey isolat there’s no problem to eat a 30-45min after your workout 🙂

after my surgery (wrist) I was not allowed to train any bodypart so I just followed my non training meal plan. Worked well! Later when I was allowed to train legs (3x a week) I just increased carbs pre and post workout on training days

Thankyou Lara ! How many weeks you had to recover from the surgery?[/quote]
I had an complicated bone fracture so the first two weeks completely off from training after that I had to wear a cast for two months, when I get the cast off I started to train my upper body again again but with baby weights and yeah there were also movements which where impossible to do like dips .. 6 months after my surgery I was totally recoveredfollow me on Instagram: lara_tasharofi_ifbbpro
