seated cable pullovers with chest on a incline bench are really nice, did them for the first time today!

hey everyone! decided to do pull because I had an deep tissue massage on my chest yesterday, my physiotherapist told me it would be better
to let my chest, shoulders rest for today.
todays excerciseschin ups
pullover machine (nautilus)
bent over barbell rows
lat pull down wide grip
incline lat pull down
seated bicepscurls
seated curls on machine
leg raises+ 30 min of fasted cardio in the morning π

Again rest day for me, noticed that two days in a row help me a lot to recover for the next training sessions.
Today Iβm gonna see my physiotherapist, she really helps me with muscular tension in my upper body. We gonna focus on my right body part and neck since I recognized that there are still some problems from my accident.
Last time she cupped my back/lats and I was so happy with the results, better mind muscle connection during my posing and of course great blood flow during my pull workout two days later π

rest day for me, had to work a lot so no time for the gym and after two days of training a little bit rest will be helpful to recover for the next sessions
