Move to something with less stability constraints and see if you can keep it going , so smith press , or a machine press

If you’re really hurt then possibly get your self checked out, or adapt your session as the others have said above..
It can be a lack of warming up because I don’t know how to warm my hip up

What do you mean by ‘hurt’?
Is it just the hack you’re having problems with?
Can’t you do any other movements for legs?
I just can’t do deep push movements without that my hip would hurt

Use leg press don’t skip your leg training
Any sort of pushing with my legs kind of hurts

I just Blend my rice it works pretty well

I know I’m still at the very beginning (1 year), but I’m fully committed and trying to focus on exactly what you said: good execution, honest effort, staying consistent, and just showing up every session ready to push myself. I’ll definitely take your words to heart and keep working on all of that over time.
