I guess I’ll spend some time in maint/recomp now, since it’s working fine with 2200k and 190g prot.
I’m getting stronger and arms are growing, so will think about cut when recomp stale.
I see why you don’t like the idea of RFL, but I’m curious, so will give it a try at least for a couple weeks 🙂 Perhaps caffeine will drag me through workouts
Also we’ll see about 7 mo of pushing up, I guess after 5 mo I’ll feel fat
