    @lukewillians yes I understood perfectly …. more fat in the diet lower insulin sensitivity due to slow digestion
    possibly I will use a low carbohydrate dose instead of fat ….. as Sas said in your diet

    Hi Corinne … yes I tested with glucose device! … I realized that the glycemia was slow to lower when I fed on protein and fat
    when I eat only protein the blood glucose after 2 to 3 hours was low but when I feed on fat it also does not lower

    see: in the last meal day 1 when I fed protein = 84mg / dl (THE NEXT DAY)
    day 2: protein + fat = 95mg / dl (the next day)

    canela… Eu usei 3gr de canela diariamente e melhorei a sensibilidade à insulina, mas reduzi as plaquetas do sangue bem

    5iu of insulin will do absolutely zero, average man eating 3000 cal a day produces 70iu naturally, and have it post workout, insulin is best used with meals, and every meal, not pre-w.
