Agree with Hilly, these compounds work well together. As Hilly suggests slowly increase over the cycle.

Perfect, thanks for taking the time to reply, Ryan.

Personally, I like to get a pre workout drink down approximately 30 minutes before I train. Mix with water. This way the water isn’t sitting when I’m training and it has enough time for the ingredients to flood the bloodstream and take effect.

During training, you may want to sip on EAA’s depending on how long your sessions are. Depending on your goal, you may want to add in TBJP sustain if you want intra-carbs as well.

    Hope this helps!

Hey Kuba! Loved the YT video with AJ. Currently exploring your training split that you showed on a previous YT video (thanks for sharing that as well, a lot athletes wouldn’t do that). Was there a reason it was slightly different when training with AJ? Or just simply with going on how your body felt that day?

hello bud – So IMO this is very much over kill for a Holiday. Way over kill and looks like a competition prep stack.

I agree with the above you would do very well indeed on just the test P and mast E which is fine running these together IMO.

If you got really lean then there would be no need for the orals at all. However sometimes a Holiday is ones stages. (I have clients and friends like this) and who are we to judge were your focus and priorities lie.

the clen will defo help for sure and I see no issues.

I dont see a need for the aromas – unless blood work states.

For most getting to 10% or just under for Holiday won’t need t3 to I personally still wouldn’t advise this use but if you wish to 37.5mcg would be ample IME.

orals – again there is no need and for sure no need for these doses.

If you got lean enough to warrant it then 20mg winny the last 2 weeks would finish the look off nicely.

take into consideration if this Holiday is going to be a drinking/party Holiday then stressing the body in the run up will mean more stress post holiday.

Personally I see no issues in one wanting to look there best on Holiday instead of oiled up on stage in trunks.

If you did this right tho in 14 weeks you could look awesome with just test and masteron. I have done this with Many many clients for Holidays, stag do etc etc but there are always those that wish to push it harder and that is there choice.

    Hope this helps

Amazing, Hilly. Thanks a lot for your advice. Will definitely be re-programming this cycle.

Second cycle total dosage of anabolics increased significantly from the first. A little aggressive IMO.

Unless you’re stepping on stage (doesn’t seem the case) I would stay away from the orals, even if your lipids are spectacular. Also that’s a hefty dose. Basically ranging from 350mg-800mg of anabolics/week with orals alone. Maybe 20-30mg/day Anavar the last 4 weeks but that’s it.

Would spare the T3/clen as well. Even those stepping on stage can be stage ready without that.

Tren is another compound that for one is being ran too high and for too long, and without purpose. Save this for the last 4-6 weeks at a lighter dose if you’re planning to compete.

I couldn’t see the AI being needed with the Test/Mast ratio where it’s at. Just doing damage on your lipids and health at that point.

I would rethink this whole cycle. It’s high risk and without purpose. Seems like you’re relying on the drugs over diet/cardio for a desired outcome.

If anything you could just run 300-400mg Test E, 300-400 mast p or primo, and 2-5IUs GH and have enough for adequate recovery, improved training, and muscle preservation during a fat loss phase with similar results (if diet/cardio/training is locked in) without nearly the same health consequences

Thanks, Mike. Appreciate your thoughts and feedback.
