Stress is pretty well managed lot of practices in play to ensure this but it’s always something that can be approved.

    Will also address BF

Hey Kuba, would love some feedback here please!

Blood pressure range of between 130/70 – 138/75 have tracked this comprehensively.

Lifestyle factors are fairly well boxed off – sleep, stress, food, environment etc (26yo)

so exploring the supplement route now – have the usual bits in play (multi,D,K2, nattokinase, high strength omega 3, magnesium)

Going to introduce heart care & love heart initially to see if these alone will help. Potentially cure-coming & vital support then if issue still persists.

    Would you change anything here?

So here I would look at stack design then look at incorporating vital support ( other Supps are amazing that you mentioned for overall health and heart health but vital is designed for blood pressure above all )

    D3

    Vital

    Heart care

    Love heart

    Omega

    D3 k2

    Curecoming

    Smart Stack design

    Not getting fat

    Staying fit

All of this will help managing your BP massively

    What’s your bodyweight ? Stack ? BF % ?[/quote]
    Appreciate this Kuba!

So I’m actually not using any AAS nor have I in the past.

Started TRT (doctor prescribed) at 62.5mg weekly approx 6 weeks ago but my blood pressure has consistently been in this range the last year or so (didn’t track previous) worked with a coach before but never made headway with it.

BW @ 71kg & BF approx 19% – I’m aware BF could be better but life has been hectic so haven’t wanted to add stress of dieting in right now!

I’ll get on those other supplements though and see what effect they have

Hey Hilly, thanks for the reply!

Fatigue – constant despite sleeping soundly for 8/9 hours
Joint aches constantly no matter what I do
Sex drive is also pretty low/non existent

These would be the most noticeable.

I queried with him and he said these could also be lower than ideal T for me (26 btw) and said that TRT could potentially solve these issues also but pretty much said the high iron was nothing to worry about, he speculated it was just from supplements/food but didn’t really say much when I informed him I didn’t have either of these aspects in play

    Hiya Lee,

Looks really solid to me! Nice variation of movements, defo room for progress within the rep range and volume too which is lovely.

No issue with repeating movements if they work well for you and if it’s all you can do right now! Don’t stress 👍🏼

Let us know how you get on!

Hey Mandy, that’s great thanks for the feedback!

Hey Lee, so shockwave is a great option I personally have used this in clinic and used it on myself too it works very nicely. But also you need to look into why this tendinitis is occurring. It could be due to muscle activation or weaker muscles so your compensating else where. I would also look at your form and check that this is correct especially your movement patterns and only load when these are bang on

Thanks for this Kamara! Found shockwave to be helpful short term but found it only lasted a couple of days and ended up making more and more frequent trips to the physio! Perfect thank you for this!

Would also try different machine & bench angle/positions, as well as different machine variations to see if your tendon responds better if you modify those variables dude!

Thanks again Sam! This is something I have been doing and have my programme containing movements that I can progress through with the least pain!

Did your physio recommend you spend time activating your scapular muscles prior to any overhead or pressing movements?

A big reason you can continue to experience tendinitis & shoulder impingement is due to a lack of control of scapular & upper back muscular control so if you haven’t, I would highly recommend doing some back / shoulder activation before all pressing, flys & bicep movements

Usually once they’re switched on, force is distributed differently through the shoulder

Would also highly recommend taking time with your warm ups before each of those movements, take your time with progressive overload & assess how the tendon feels during & after your session

Tendinitis usually returns when load is increased too quickly

I’m a Sports/MSK physio so this is from personal experience with clients I’ve worked with 🙂

Hey Sam, thanks for this! Yeah so my warm up always consists of banded retractions, IYTWs, cable intern/extern rotation – definitely helps & I notice a big difference on the odd day that I forget to do this! Generally 2-3 warm up sets done where required throughout the workout too!

    Hey Lee,

Have you tried shockwave therapy??? If not I’d highly recommend this along with your rehab work.

Hey Pheobe, thanks for this! Yeah I’ve used this numerous times but only found it to be short term relief!

Hey Lee! Hope you’re well ! What rehab protocols did the physios give you? and did they all say that it could be a tendinitis ? 🙂

Hey Sara, thanks for the reply!

Shoulders – So a lot of rotation work (internal, external), stabilization such as as overhead Carrie’s, shoulder taps, hamstring walk outs, banded shoulder press

Hamstrings – different RDL & Nordic variations, the issue here is the dominant these is quite high so tough to get them done frequently in the week!
