People really are so thick , can you ever imagine just abusing a stranger for how they look. For that to pop into their head shows that they have to be really in a bad way In of themselves

Hey Corinne you should not get angry or sad these people who do this are just shallow and to be honest have no place in this world at all. This is why this world is in such a mess because humanity seems to have disappeared now people have become selfish and have to many opinions of others when in turn it’s them who have a problem but direct that on to others because they have no balls to sort them selfs out they just willow in there self pitty. It’s sad and pathetic really. So you wear your shorts and vest top be proud of who you are, because we no what a beautiful person you are inside and out :))

I’m interested in this ip6. What dosage would you all suggest?
I’m in the same boat, and generally donate blood.
However I’ve read that regularly doing this just encourages the body to over produce more red blood cells and before you know it you’re back to square one.
I do need to implement some hit cardio more often than I do as well
I’m taking 500mg am and pm bud

Lee…
Do you know where 250mg has you sitting within the testosterone range from your blood work?
It could well be that dose is too high in respect to what it’s doing to your RBC production.
I’d definitely look at where your platelets are at too as well as b12, folate, iron and ferritin.
Dean would certainly be the man to ask on this but based on what you’ve said, I’m guessing your cruise dose is too high. 250mg is a low dose cycle for some folks!!
The purpose of cruising is to obviously give your body a break and establish a certain level of balance/normality.
There are actually issues with donating blood too frequently as well (the video I linked touched on that briefly as well).
Personally I’d be inclined to drop the dose to 125-150mg and cruise on that, maybe add in some IP6, retest in 6 weeks or so and donate blood in October as you intended.
If you’re taking a b12 supplement I’d also look at where that is on bloods too. All these things factor into it and without having a full picture on bloods, it’s hard to pin point why your RBC is elevated to that extent.
My guess would be you’re simply taking too much/dose too high!
Hi mate I can’t load pictures up on here it won’t let me my test reading was 109 noml normal range (8.64-29) pallets were in normal range all other part of test was good only red blood cells bad
Good luck

There lies the problem/answer then mate. 109 is pretty high, that’s basically a cycle.
I know some guys cruise on higher doses, but you have to weigh up the potential long term side effects of doing so and manage that.
Cruising is really trying to get the most out of the least – enough to maintain muscle tissue/performance whilst allowing health markers to get back into range or improve.
Obviously that decision will be based on how big you are, how much muscle tissue you have, how responsive you are and ultimately what you as an individual are prepared to sacrifice or do in order to reach a goal.
If you’re chasing to be a 300lb bodybuilder then a TRT cruise dose may not cut it. For most, I think you can maintain a pretty decent level on a fairly conservative dose (125-150mg being fairly typical).
It’s your call but personally I’d be inclined to half your cruise dose or figure out how much you need to put you at the top end of the range.
Blood donations and IP6 may help to a degree, but you’re still gonna be competing against the underlying driver that’s jacking up that RBC count.[/quote]
Ok I have been reading on that it’s all pointing to cruise dose being to high as all other markers are in. Range and thank you mate -
