Hi mate no foods were really taken out only that amount I was having al dosage was 0.5 aremidex ed would saw palmetto help me out with dht

I’m with Jp so not sure I’ve I’m aloud to posts on here nut around 60p 50c 10f per meal loads of veg with each meal never go off plan unless told to no fizzy drinks only around 7 litres of water per day

No mate this is the only bloods I have I done the sports hormone check with them and can I get a separate blood test for the things you have mentioned Ive been following your Advice you have to others on recent threads ie nirozol keeping clean just sometimes I can control it other times I get bad breakouts I noticed on prep it was easy to control a lot better now ofsesson it comes back worse is there anything else I could take do not want to go down the accubnate route if I don’t have to thanks for your help and input

Thanks jdh I’m 40 years old no family history of acne just come of a cruise phase now on blast of 500mg test e 300mg npp and 300mg mast e 0.5 aremidex eod and 25 much of t3 ed and could I take anything to combat high test that’s causing the acne
