Does it matter if its taken orally or injected? Is the bioavailability different like for L-Carn?

Can the SLU also be taken orally? Because I think I also see them in capsules on proforma?

Okay, I think I miscalculated it, it’s about 200 bucks a week, so 800 per month!
-
That would be from Biolab, Beyond is even more expensive than that
MOTS 10mg 36,99
5 Amino 1500mg 139,00
SS31 20mg 106,92
NAD 10.000mg 235,70
SLU 12.000mcg 159,99 -
Thanks Jordan! So if I‘m not mistaken that would be about 1.300€ per month right? Quite a lot but if the Benefits are really that insane it might be worth it to me

Hey, would you suggest taking 3iu GH if I workout late in the day like 7pm and go do bed at 10?
I heard that GH shouldn’t be dosed to close to the workout ?

Thanks you all for your input! It was my first night on GH so it might’ve been an anomaly.
Now I had the second night and sleep still wasn’t perfect but much better than last night. But like I said, I’ve had sleep issues from time to time in the past, especially a year ago when I was suffering from heavy depression. Had my depression fixed but maybe there’s still something lingering in my mind from time to time which could’ve caused the bad sleep.
Will keep using it pre bed and just see if it gets better. Source is really reputable and all their other gear is quality (seen on bloods). Yes, that doesn’t mean it’s surefire GH but I don’t think it’s likely that it’s bunk. Bloods will show 🙂

If you’re not looking any leaner and this is your rate of loss, then you need to increase the deficit to keep things moving.
I think I’m getting leaner yeah. Sadly I slept on taking pictures.
I’m just wondering: Isn’t it extremely weird to not lose weight for the amount of calories vs size/weight/activity?

I would strip back all of these exercises to a light weight, focus on temp and connection and do all you can to get a good connection with a light weight and then build up slowly focusing on keeping that connection
I’ve thought about this too but it doesn’t really seem to be a weight problem. I dont know how to have a good connection no matter if I’m pressing 20lbs or 90lbs dumbbells.. People always say “and now, from the bottom of the rep, contract your chest” and I’m always like.. “Yeah but.. how???”
