For me, mastery means having excellent theoretical knowledge of a subject/sector. However, it doesn’t stop at theory alone, but also the ability to apply this theoretical knowledge in one or more different practical contexts, with control and the ability to analyze different situations in order to find the best and/or most efficient solution.

It’s good that you seen the story Jordan posted, but the question I will ask you is, have you actually looked into a courses, seminars, coaches (to learn from) etc yet?
My take is, to be able to learn you first have to do the background work yourself on what it is you actually want to learn. You then search / look for credible courses there are, do you want a physical qualification at the end of the process or do you want a tick next to an online course to see you have done some learning. These are questions I believe you need to ask yourself and dive deep into.
Yes, I agree with you. I’m currently pursuing a degree in physical education and studying with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). In practice, I’ve had some experience with various Italian coaches, evaluating their different methods and assessing my own responses. I’m currently self-trained, although I’m considering working with a foreign (non-Italian) coach for an even more diverse experience. My question stemmed from the thought that perhaps you know of any quality online courses/programs that could provide additional, interesting skills, given that this is a very practical discipline and that technique, effort, and training approach aren’t things that can be taught with words.

Yes, that’s exactly what I mean. I’m studying sports science in Italy. However, here in my country, the curriculum is characterized by a very theoretical and not very practical nature. At the end of the program, most students find themselves disoriented, unsure of how to navigate the world of work (unless they acquire other skills independently or with other resources). </font></font>
