Trained at the new kings gym today in tower bridge and I’ve been asked to be the one to open it officially by cutting the ribbon tomorrow. Will be the first time I’ve ever done anything like that so that pretty cool. Was down there filming some content today and then trained back after. Great session and the new gym is sick! Super clean and well done. Cool lighting and gym layout and highly recommend for anyone visiting London 🔥

Is it more of a commercial vibe in terms of equipment or is it like mitcham and croydon with a variety of different brands etc?

240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.

Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track

I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.

Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried

The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets

Did chest today. And a tricep pump

Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split

Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs
Day 2- chest , side delts , calves
    Day 3- legs
    Day 4- arms
    Rest / repeat

This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.

    So yesterday was back.
    Chest today
    Tomorrow is legs or rest

Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.

Then mid week I’ll take a rest day too. As and when I get really need it

Since this could be your last real off-season push, are you planning to bump the total mg / GH and really push the envelope, or are you dialing in training/recovery harder instead? And is there anything you’re gonna do differently this time to force more actual growth, or is it just running back the same formula you’ve done over the last few years?

Loved the olympia look, so clean and polished! I’ll be in the crowd and rooting for you at the British. Really want you to get that early olympia qualification, have a prolonged off season and make some noise in 2026!

Looking crazy in your last post Sas. Looks like the triceps are holding up real nice and pop which I feel tend to dissappear normally for you.

What’s the current fertility protocol? I’m guessing you’ll need to stay on a cruise for quite a long time. Do you think that will affect you mentally, or are you completely comfortable with your body not looking the way it normally does for an extended period?

Today was high day. 1000g carbs. Well times since I woke up 245.9 another prep low

But I really like the look. I don’t even think I look flat at all. Just getting sharper by the day.

I could easily continue with the 480 carb menu but orders from the boss to eat up.

Arm day today after the 400g carb meal 1 pre training

Awesome arm session. With 10 days to go training couldn’t be better. Sleep is perfect. Mental energy is high (most of the day)

Zero complaints. I would hope this kinda prep for all of you if possible haha

    Arms and abs
    Db curls standing 4 x 8-12
    Db concentration curls 4 x 8-12
    Db hammer curls swayed 4 x 6-10
    Ez bar 21’s x 3 sets
Ez bar tricep push downs 4 x 10-20
    Rope extensions 4 x 8-12
Single arm cable push downs 4 x 8-12
    Close grip bench press 3 x 10-20
    Rope crunches 5 x 10-20

I just reading an old log from you doing 60 minutes cardio, dragging your feet all day on 30 carbs hahaha. It’s funny how every prep is different!

I’ve noticed the cheats, cottage pie, steak and chips etc.. that’s got me questioning, are you still being coached by Patrick Tuor?

Does the social media criticism affect you at all? Especially when it’s coming from a few IFBB Pros- I was looking through the comments on Beyond The Stage’s Instagram, and some of them were among the harshest I’ve ever seen.

Couldn’t give a fuck, what have they done with their life ?

    I am living my dream
    Doing what I love daily
    Own multiple businesses
    Etc etc

Success for me is about progress and these cunts don’t come close to what I do and I haven’t seen ANY comments so who gives a fuck, most are just because they have insecurity

Not a single person happy with their life pulls another down[/quote]

Love this attitude. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

I know you’ve been up over 300lbs twice as a start point for your preps and said on the way back down, you’ve always been MUCH bigger.

Would you say you have to repeat this again to surpass all time muscle mass?
