How’s the fertility protocol going? Do you plan to continue with it until it’s successful? I know in some cases it can take upwards of two years, which must be really tough for you – especially given how much you love bodybuilding. On top of that, I can imagine the mental side of things must be challenging, seeing yourself look different compared to your old self.

A fantastic weekend at the PCA Manchester, with 2 of my clients coming away with 2 wins (Jr BB and Tall BB). Both of them have been my clients for years, so it was incredible to see them lift up 1st place. They are both venturing into new classes (James going from classic to open, and Josh going from teens to juniors)

They both have a good few shows in the pipeline, and they’re both only getting better.

    As for myself, I checked in with Nick on Saturday morning at a new high BW of 288.4 (only a 0.2lbs increase, but I’ll take it). We’ve decided to push NPP up by another 200mg, bring the total to;

    Test E – 1000mg

    Primo – 600mg

    NPP – 600mg

    GH – 8IU

(lantus, novorpaid {pre}, T4, telmisartan, metformin are all in there too)

This is the biggest androgen load I’ve ever done, but it’s only for a short period until the end of this push phase.

    Hi Andy,

Not sure if you work the same as your coach but when do you decide to bump up the total mg as oppose to food? Is it a look? Is it bodyweight?

In your case, what was the reason behind bumping up the NPP?

Hi guys, travel day today from Italy to Germany. No training today so plan with food is mainly protein and fats. Will check in with Kuba once I land in Germany later this afternoon as the flight is only over an hour. I know what the judges want in Germany to get that win so the changes gave been made

What are the changes that’ve been made? I was watching Fouad’s podcast and his feedback was that you had more than enough muscle, you just didn’t display it with your posing. Would you agree?

Do you know what I love about your log? You do the exact opposite to what most people preach.

    1) Cardio must be done at minimum heart rate of 120bpm

    2) T3 must be taken at a minimum 25mcg

    3) Insulin should not be taken with any fats

    4) “Junk” food has no place in bodybuilding

    5) Arm days are a waste of time

I can go on and on..

Congratulations on your showing Kuba! Crazy improvements you’ve made in comparisson to your last showing. I see you stated on Instagram that your mid section was washed out and your legs were flat. What’s the reasoning behind this and what do you plan to do to correct this in your next outing?

    Loving the log!

    1) Since the pro league is a completely different ball game, do you plan on taking more time out from stage to grow?

    2) What are your thoughts on GLP-1s? Have you ever used them or implemented them with your clients?

    3) What are your top 3 predictions for the Tampa Pro?

First off, loving the podcast, it’s my favourite one out at the moment!

    1) Do you implement GLP1s with your clients? If so, can you think of any scenario where you wouldn’t want to implement one during contest prep?

    2) What are your top3 Tampa Pro predictions?

Loving the log! Try and keep up with the YouTube content. Doesn’t have to be fancy with a videographer, I’m sure most people are like me and prefer the raw content, even if it’s just updates from your iPhone.

On a different topic, what’s your top3 tampa pro prediction?

Just curious how PPL stacks up long term when all the legends built their physiques on single body part splits. If the greats were all doing chest day, back day, arm day etc., what makes PPL so popular nowadays?

14 weeks out from the Mr Olympia pre judging.

2 more weeks of eating up, then I’ll hand the reigns back over to Chris so I can switch my brain off and he can get me peeeled.

Push today felt great: strength up again. Felt big. Felt full.

I’ve move 1.5iu of my gh to pre workout , just as an experiment to see if it changes anything. Not sure I get any different other then I felt door sleepy after training which would have been ok if I had time to nap lol

    Food is high.

    Cycle
    300 test
    1400 deca
    50mg anadrol pre
    1.5 gh pre workout
    3.5 gh before bed

    Push
    Calf toe press 3 x 8-15
    Incline smith press 2 x 6-10
    Flat seated press 2 x 8
    Dip machine 2 x 10-15
    Decline pec dec 1 x 10
    Cable tricep push downs 2 x 8-12
    Cable underhand extensions 2 x 8-12
Close grip barbel bench light 3 x 10-20
    Db side laterals 3 x 6-10

Do you let Chris know what you’re currently eating or do you just send pictures and he’ll give you a diet based on that?

I know you’ve been coached by AJ Sims in the past and he’s called the cement factory for a reason but do you think his protocols are extreme when it comes towards the tail end of the competition? If so, would you deem them overkill or is there extremeness the reason behind that hard crisp look?

He had my friend who’s a professional run 200mg proviron, 200 winny, 40 halo, letrozole everyday and he was absolutely skinless and rock hard.

Do you ever cut out the traveling to different countries, different gyms etc when you’re a few weeks out from a show? I know it’s your job but I can’t imaging doing that at 3 weeks out, I’d be flat on my ass!
