I know everyone has different philosophies, but for you personally, how do you decide whether to increase food intake or raise the total mg to keep making progress?

Hey Matt. Ah thanks a lot bud. We had a clear vision of what we wanted to create with this piece and it’s great to hear it was experienced in the way we intended.
And 100% man, deffo plan on keeping them coming. What would you like to see. Always good to ask 🤝
Don’t know if this is too much of an ask but I recently watched a video of a coach going over a competition prep with a client of his, going through why he made the changes, how he felt he looked, the fullness, the flatness, reason for refeeds, drug changes, fat burner implements etc.
I think it’d be an awesome insight on how you approached a prep with a client.

246 today , 4 days out from Cali
New York wise obvs not the placing or call out I wanted but that’s just bodybuilding for you. I loved my look
Will try bring the same fulness for
Cali this weekend but sharper / drierCarbs are low low right now , 200 yesterday, 150 today.
Depleting I guess since I’ll be vulnerable to holding water with all the flights I’ve got.
Yesterday I did chest and triceps
Today is back and bicepsCongrats on the showing and good luck for Cali!
1) Do you think your FIBO or Detroit look would of faired better in the New York Pro?
2) Does who you’re competing against factor into whether you’re going to come in more full, little less fullness more sharpness etc?

A pretty uneventful NTD today.
My current step count is 10k per day which is quite easy for me to tally up with 1-2-1 clients. At the weekend it’s a little harder to get that but my weekly average is still sitting at 10k.
Steps isn’t something I’ve ever monitored on a prep before, and I am notorious for over cooking cardio on prep, so I’m hoping that now I have a point of reference I can curb activity a bit more.
The next 3 weeks of May will be a period where I transition my mind – I know how that sounds – into prep. I’m disciplined year round, however, this small amount of time allows me to zone into things like: making sure I’m measuring exactly to the gram, always doing my mobility work, always doing my posing work, cutting out wee bits of junk here and there (which is quite rare anyway).
If I’m 100% about a prep – which you always should be, never less – then I’m locked in very very quickly. I’ve not done a prep since 2014 that I wasn’t mentally, physically, socially, or financially ready for.
1) What’s the reason behind having a step count this time round?
2) Do you have any goals in mind for your competitive season this year?
3) Do you think you’d be a better bodybuilder if you had that prep mindset all year round. Weighing everything to a gram, stretching, mobility, posing etc.

Afternoon guys. Best push session yet! Up to 6 plates (+ a biscuit) on the Atlantis incline for 8 which is the strongest I’ve ever been on there.
Plan for foreseeable, keep the strength where it’s at as we go to a cruise for 2 months from Feb, hold the bodyweight above 250lbs and then it’s an 8 week push up before prep begins in June.
Current cycle:
750mg Test E
800mg Primo
300mg NPP
8iu GH
50mcg IGF1 (training days)Tomorrow is pull/hams so let’s hope the strength rolls into that session aswell & the lower back pls stay clear!
Loving the log mate!
1) Do you notice a significant difference in how you feel/look when running GH at 8IU vs a lower dose? I always hear the term “More GH the better” from the likes off IFBB Pro Beef Stu and a lot of others. Would you agree?
2) How are you dosing IGF-1 around training—do you feel a big difference in pumps/fullness from it?

I’m spending the weekend of this weekend off down at my other half’s flat in Liverpool. It took me just over 6 hours to get her due to a closure on the M6, so I’m behind on meals, but I’ll be able to tick everything off.
There’s nothing worse than sitting in stand still traffic on country roads! I love driving my car, but that was just appalling, not to mention bursting for a piss for about 2 hours.
Anyway, Nick and I have agreed to nudge the food up a bit, but to also add in NPP at 400mg per week, so the cycle is looking like this;
Test E – 1000mg
Primo – 600mg
NPP – 400mg
GH – 6IU pre-bed
T4 – 100mg/day
Lantus – 20IU/day
Humalog – 10IU pre and post
Telmisartan – 40mg/day
Metformin – 500mg/day
MK677 – 1 tab AM
Loving the log bro!
1) Do you find 1000mg of Test E gives you more benefits than, say, 750mg or 500mg?
2) Is there a reason you take all of your GH pre-bed rather than split throughout the day?
3) Does your coach base your insulin dosage based on your blood sugar levels?
4) Do you notice any significant metabolic boost from the T4, or is it more for GH conversion support?

253 today. But leaner again. Changing daily right now
Chris is happy , no changes to the plan
Lower t3—- burn more fat… who knew? Haha. So many people told me “12.5mcg t3 is lower then natural production so zero point taking that it’ll slow things down” …. Well that’s no correct is it.
Starting to think I don’t even need t3
And 4 gh is the lower gh dose I’ve taken in prep since my prep work gh when I turned pro.
Crazy things are happening lol
Rest day today. So not much to report
Just a dog walk this morning, family time, some work, and chill
Makes total sense!
T3 isn’t just about how much u take – it’s how the body regulates metabolism in response to those levels so it makes sence you’re seeing better progress lowering the dose.
Lower t3 = more fat oxidation.
Goal of t3 is to increase metabolic rate and higher t3 push the body toward more glucose utlization rather than fat oxidation.

1) Are there areas in life you think you can improve in that will make you a better competitor?
2) What are the biggest struggles you face in prep and off season?
3) Do you think you can have balance whent trying to become the best version of yourself?
4) If you were 4 weeks out from your show and your friend invited you to a birthday meal and drinks, would you attend?

1) What’s the current diet setup looking like?
2) How do you balance competing with real life (work, relationships, social life)? To become the very best version of yourself, do you think you can have balance?
3) What do you and your coach think you need to improve on to beat the likes of Cydney and Jessica etc.

1) What’s the current diet setup?
2) Has Meg taught you anything that you would’ve never thought you’d be able to do when working with previous coaches? Eg: less cardio, more food, less training volume etc.
3) What’s been the hardest mental challenge for you in prep vs. the off-season?
4) What’s one myth about bikini prep that you used to believe but don’t anymore?

Evening guys. Approaching the end of a very busy and ‘catching up’ week after being away in Kuwait. Taken me a few days to feel less battered from the travelling but we’re getting there now!
Hit some push today. We had the Nytram seated press delivered yesterday so immediately threw that in to replace the New Tech one I’ve been using. Quality bit of kit! Didnt mess with using multiple pegs and just went straight it middle to play it safe, 4.5pps for 10 which I was happy with.
Legs tomorrow.
First week of the holding phase, so I’ll be running 300mg Test E and 300 Primo for this. As stated before, we’ll do another 8 week push after this hold and then dive into prep! It’s getting close now 😎
Since you’re holding right now, is the primo there just for muscle presevation? If you was to jump to a TRT dose, do you reckon you’d lose muscle?

Try and upload some check in pictures if you can mate. I’m interested to see the look before the 3day refeed and after!

What lab were you using prior to switching to MedTech?

I’ve used Quanta Pharma over the past two years and have good experiences. Their Test E gives ms really bad PIP though, don’t know whether it’s just sods law that I got a bad batch or they’ve changed their carrier oils they use.
