awright man, I felt like the last few marvel films haven’t been up to normal standard if I’m honest probably since about black panther, hopefully see it go back up now this phase is over. Avengers aside, looking for a wee bit advice around GH? don’t worry I wont take anything as direct advice, just if you could go back is there anything you’d of done better like a lesser amount to start, multiple shots vs one shot ED or just any little variable you didn’t pay attention to or didn’t have the knowledge to control but now on looking back you know you’d do it different. Yes I’m asking as thinking bout taking my first course, thinking 2IU split into an AM and PM injections for 8 weeks then adjust from there. thanks man

thanks for the reply bud, yeah sounds about where I’m at now just doing what’s necessary for the money to be able to excel in what we love eh. On my first week o flogging again now so well see if there’s any detriment by doing it within a couple weeks, especially dieting at the same time. Any reason you were disappointed with the new avengers???

awright man, thanks for the previous reply on the raves. couldn’t agree more mind needs the rest just as much as the body so planning it in like deload week would be good eh. How did you cope doing the doors and gym? Been on the doors 2 n a bit years myself, food is easy if I’m dieting I fast n if I’m not ill have a shake n some PB. The part I struggle with is the stress/energy exertion, feel as though training the day after just fucking sucks most of the time but yano whole point of low volume is greater frequency. Did you ever find this difficult or other areas related to the doors, would appreciate any advice.

I know Nathan deasha was a bit mad for it in his amateur days too! How did you find mixing the two together? And do you think you would be where you are just now if you were still enjoying that life as well?? Thanks man

Hi Kuba, thanks for the previous reply re. starting ages etc. Was wondering if when you started with JP did you find he took some of your dosages down? I know he tends to recommend the most from the least, so just wondering if you were, for a time, taking “too much” or if you’ve always been quite sensible with them? Thanks man, cant wait to see your 300kg deficit! My aim is 300kg standard by end of year, race ya?? lol

Happenin guys, so put together some of the info from the log in regards to diet/training split/drugs etc.

ano a lot of guys want to see the info all together so ive put it together on word docs.
Not dated and stuff as its just to get ideas for my own diet and training. not going to be copying any of it word for word as its all relevant to kuba and how his body is currently reacting a long with a tonne of other variables. It does allow you to get some ideas and mix it up with your own diets and splits and hopefully get some benefits without always having to scroll back and forth to find the info, hope it helps at least one of ya!!

    Thanks
    Lewis

Ps. kuba your an animal and a massive motivation, will be making the trip from Scotland very very soon.

Hi jp just wondering seen as your forearms are insanely thick! Have you ever trained forearms or have the just got like that through gripping and supporting the big ass weights?

Thanks for your previous reply sas, sorry I was under the impression that jp still trained heavy hams light quads and then vice Versa. Finally caught up with your blog very interesting and detailed responses which is great. I think after reading and seeing interviews etc with other pros it would seem being laid back but working your ass off and nailing every detail is the key? But my main question for you and jp if he’s reading as both your opinions would be much appreciated is, when tidying up would you keep cardio off leg day to avoid losing any leg size at all? So just starting with 20 min walk on push, pull and rest days perhaps?

In your recent push vid with Dona when doing your second set of high incline db’s you failed on the last rep but very close to full contraction. Is there a reason you weren’t spotted this time in particular? Do you not like to have a spotter in general so that the reps are just your failure and no further?
