    JP I noticed that earlier in the log, you had no carbs pre bed and you’ve now added a small amount in. Is this just to try an push back up, would you recommend carbs before bed in the offseason? Especially if it’s the second post workout meal? Great stuff learned loads thanks for all the info!!

    Thanks for the advice, I just can’t eat that at my desk lol but think I’ll try putting some macros into overnight oats,which I can eat at my desk. And lower the carbs I’m having in my current meal. Maybe try the sushi at the weekend though????
