So nipples have become swollen no pain or sensitivity. Really confused to why this has started happening now as since November last year was absolutely fine apart from few higher health markers. Been on nolva 20mg daily for week now and proviron has just come through.

Imho if it’s for long term health you could also reduce the test a bit first to 125 then 100. Adding ai will likely make your health markers worse. In terms of how I fell on TRT I actually feel better on a lower dose than on a moderate dose. Obviously muscle building wise it’s better to be on higher hence periodically I raise my usage to achieve goals then back off again.

Thanks for the advice man appreciate it

Thanks mate. I have been on now since the beginning of December 2020 and tbh has only been in the past week or so that have started to notice puffy and sensitivity in the area. This is for health reason and Is for the long term. I’ll wait on results and maybe just have to lower dose down

Alright hilly thanks for the input. My wife is a nurse so I had her take my bloods for me. I thought this myself as the readings from this test to my last 10 weeks ago are outrageously different

Alright Ryan thanks for the reply. Yes sorry that is per week and thank you for clearing that up with the testosterone as I was amazed it was that high. I will bring the dose down slightly to 150mg per week. Do you still recommend twice weekly or would you perhaps go up to x3 per week to get more stability? I am already supplementing p5p but only at 100 mg per day. I will factor this in with the b6 thanks pal

Thank you @corinne I assumed it meant that. I know it may seem trivial to some but just wish it would just be generic for all products to give you the info for raw weight or cooked.

Been another good week of training. Weight has crept up again which is what iv wanted. This is the first time I would have done a off season for a long period of time and so fair am very happy with how things are going. However I have been struggling as of late with whether or not to start a test cycle or not. I am not educated enough in whether this would be detrimental to my current health problems or not. I have taken S.A.R.M in the past without any problems to my bloods works etc and got some good results from them. (Ostarine, Rad 140 lgd). It is something that I have always wanted to pursue to help further this passion and life style that i love so much, I am just unsure on what the implications could be to my already impaired heart. Anyway currently in the middle of changing trading rotation up for next 8 weeks to focus on shoulders and arms a bit more. So split looks like this…
    Back and chest
    Shoulders and arms
    Legs quad focus
    Off
Upper- x3 chest x3 back x2shoulders bi and tri
    Lower- deadlift variation primary movement

Ok so we’re to start. Been an interesting couple weeks. The Early morning training sessions have been going very well. It is something that I am very accustomed to anyway but was very happy with how iv managed to endure the workouts specially that since the last time i was doing early mornings I was doing higher volume workouts to now being higher intensity. I have began to notice that I probably need to evaluated execution of my exercise as For example I always pressed with a full ROM. However my elbows and and knees aren’t quiet what they use to be, life takings it’s tool on them a bit now. So today did a push session and tried some things out and seemed to keep a lot of stress off my elbows to hopefully can work around this little problem. Just tried 3/4 press motions keep tension completely off triceps and then changed my tricep movements to single armed movements. Have also come to the conclusion my body doesn’t like high amounts of fats. Has really played with my digestion last few days so will re-evaluate that in the next couple days. Overall though been nice to spend some more time at home with the family in the evenings after work and now am able to get some cardio in (very low intensity) as our puppy is able to go for walks now so I’ll take what I can get. Thank you for continuing to ask and stay interested @clare it means a lot.

Have had to change my training schedule now due to family commitments. My training partner has also agreed to join me which was a lot to ask but appreciate it. So back to early morning sessions in the gym for. 5:15am pretty much fasted. Am currently having a monster hydro half pre workout and other in with intra. Also our puppy is now aloud out for walks so getting a solid 30min cardio in aswel. This situation is not ideal however having done it this way for a long time have pretty much walked into it still hitting my target weight reps and sets. Sleep is something that I have had to cope with what I get tbh but will make it work. Weight has gone up nice and consistently. I am counting on complete sources now with my macros and so far am very happy with how it is going. Macros are currently pro 300g fats 75g carbs 480g

Hi Clare, it’s what the cardiologist beilieves to be a healthy weight. Over the years we have gone back and forth with trial and error on medication. after my previous pacemaker site got infected and was removed they had to find something that could help keep everything as healthy as possible without it in. Since I have had the new one in and been put in new meds they, in short believe that to be a healthy weight for me. I would say normally 100 kg would be a very comfortable weight for myself without effecting to much.
