No I don’t personally, flavours I change from time to time. But I just use a protein shake post workout, ON GS whey as an isolate or dynasties iso 100 as my isolate. It all really depends on the time of day, you would use it. So if I was using is as a meal replacement I would go for ON GS whey but post workout dymatise iso 100 and bed I’d just use a casine. But food first more than anything! So if I could have an actual meal rather then I shake I do
