Personally I feel it’s more of a case of going back to basics and nailing the fundamentals again rather than looking for the additional benefits from peptides etc.
From what you have said it looks like you have just lost your way over Christmas, come out of a proper routine etc with training, nutrition sleep etc.
I would personally think you would see benefit from stripping things right back. Testosterone back to TRT or just above at a level you don’t see any negative sides with and then put the fundamentals in place. Get back to proper training (log book and looking for progressions), get nutrition back on point, cardio, sleep etc.
Once you feel like you have these things back on track and sustained for period of time then look at your options for additional support from increases in PED’s and peptides etc.
Both can help in the process of course but I feel at this point nailing the fundamentals will be more important to long term progress and sustainability for you.

I’ve been running 300mcg of both CJC and Ipamorelin every day both taken before bed with my HGH and also 1mg of MOTS-C every day on wake.
Feeling great on that.

I need to start rotating sites more as I’m moving towards pinning ED.
Seen most of you state your using insulin pins for your injections. Are you still using these for Glute injections also?
Saw this thread, do you guys backload the insulin syringes or draw an pin with the same ?

As kuba says if all other variables are truly locked in then eventually the dose has to come up, thats just a simple back.
However it doesnt need to be such a big jump and remember you are using other peptides to.
so my first move would be to start were you left off with the peptides in. This is a step forward and as I presume your coming from a cruise you will see growth and progress from this.
Once you feel this has stalled move to next phase – 750mg test, 400mg EQ and 150mg NPP. Obviously based on blood work and all that good stuff. Milk this for a while.
Then if you feel you need another escalation bump up again.
You have a 22-24 week cycle split into 3 phases here that will allow for constant progression as and when needed.

If I’m going to use 8iu, would you take all of this before bed or split it 4iu pre workout 4iu before bed?

When reconstituting HGH has anyone had experience with there being a minimum amount of Bac water for mixing up 10iu vials. Had some site irritation previously from HGH SubQ and was wondering was it from too much volume at once.
For example could I reconstitute the full 10iu vial with just 0.6ml Bac Water so my nightly 5iu HGH is only 0.3ml to be injected SubQ. Or would the shot be too concentrated at that?

Are you just watering down each individual shot as you go or have you watered down the full 50ml vial across new bottles and stored once watered down?
Split the dose and water down the shot a touch bud . It’s stingy as it’s high dosed . I did 20iu ( 300mcg ) and added another 30iu bac water , so 50iu total and pinned that super slow . And take on wake yes and again mid day / early afternoon

Would you split the 500mcg dose and do 250 on wage and 250 pre workout or just take the full 500 on wake at the same time as I take my Reta?

Would you run injectable SLU in the off season to help maintain condition? If so would you still look at dosing at around 500mcg per day?

No problems, was just hoping for an easy life to take the thinking away ha! But it’s not an issue.
Would be worth considering for the site as I imagine lots would take advantage with the volume of supps and health products people are ordering on a monthly basis repeatedly.
Also a great metric for being able to future forecast business revenue with subscriptions set up!
Hi Liam, I don’t think we have a setup like that currently available but you can set a reminder on you’re phone each month to remind you to deliver!
