    197 – Arms Legs went very well yesterday, taking PB’s on most, with volume being down to 1 hack 1 leg press I have to make the sets really count! Arms today with Khif, who’s coming down for a few sessions!

    Hey AJ, of those 16 sets for push, how is that split across body parts. ie how many of those 16 are for chest, shoulders etc

    Just a quick question, I watched your interview with Dusty and Ron, and you mentioned that you think your physique will look pretty f*cking good at around 240.

    Is that a settling point that you’ve got in your head and you are working towards, or is that moreso just a number that you came up with off the cuff in the moment?

    Hey AJ,

    Have you always used straps for RDLs and other heavy pulls, or is it something that you only started doing once you got to a certain strength level? Do you think that had you never started using straps that you would be pulling similar numbers??

    Hey, I would definitely be pushing more food, work your way up to 3000 gradually and track body composition. If your eating enough and training hard and smart then the rest is down to time and consistency.

    Hi Ryan, thanks for the response! The aim is to push up to 70kg slowly, would you say 1kg over 2.5months is too slow, or should I just stay the course and trust the process?

    How old are you mate ? Are you natural? I’d like to see how you train mate. What’s your intensity like ? Are you taking sets to failure with solid form?

    Yes I am natural. Just turned 20.

    You are right, this definitely is a case of overthinking and overanalysing haha! But ya know what, sometimes it is fun to really think about things and pathways to absorption/effectiveness etc. thanks again for your time and input :))

    When looking for a high quality source, what do you look towards to get a gauge for a products quality? If not EPA to DHA, do you look towards price or perhaps 3rd party analysis?
    Am I overanalysing this, and should I just take 5-10g of fish oil and move on hahaha. Or is it worth considering this when selecting a supplement?

    Morning Hilly, thanks for your input, really appreciate it.
    Assuming that it doesn’t set off cravings and off-season obviously already has 300g+ of carbs from glucose and starch, what would you personally recommend as an upper limit. Is 1 piece of fruit/meal for 5-6meals too high. Or should I just follow Brodericks 30-40g fructose range as an upper limit?

    Just a quick follow up, would the purpose of the tidy up Jordan mention be to regain appetite (10-14days) or slightly longer (4-6 weeks) to improve composition.
    Really appreciate any input you can provide 🙂
