Hey buddy! I don’t really generate an income from the fitness industry at all apart from a few selected clients. I work full time outside of the fitness industry. Pays the bills so I cant complain!

It’d be a dream to be a full time online coach. However, I would be over the moon to do the same as you abit of coaching and work. At this age if I managed to get a certain amount of cliental I could quit my part time job as it would be enough revenue to help me pay for my car and things like that. I just don’t want my life to end in a direction of confusion and being unsatisfied.

Not bodybuilding directly, but life related.

Start with your end goal in mind then break it down into small chunks of what you gave to do to achieve that.

I’m more than double your age and starting a business on my own whilst working two jobs and training.

It’s hard work but it just depends if you’re willing to put in the work to get there.

Some great life books out there too.

Since you’ve had a vision and a plan have you seen improvements within that sector and has it made you overall more happier?

From here I would prefer to see you diet down and get leaner before trying to grow. It will be much more efficient as you will be more insulin sensitive and responsive to food. How long have you been on these current macros and have you seen and increasing/decreasing trends with weigh ins?

Weight has been upped by 2kg. Shall I keep protein high or low during this diet phase. Shall I keep it around 260 protein?

Have you got current pictures? What is body composition like? If you havent trained at all during lockdown and want to grow you will be better off priming your body to efficiently enter a surplus by dieting down first and getting a bit leaner. However this will ultimately depend on current body composition.

2nd photo is current post lockdown 99kg, 1st was pre lockdown 108kg

I can’t find the right caloric intake to be in a muscle building phase. Pre lockdown was perfect, however now I’m just on where to start. I didn’t train through lockdown and I literally had nothing. And I’m trying to pick off where I left off @bigbenchriche
