    Hi hilly what is your current daily supp regime and do you change it around when blasting from cruising or keep it the same?

    Ran their Test E and had to stop due to the pip thought it might have been overdosed but bloods showed otherwise swapped over to Nexus and Inone now shame as they were a decent lab

    Hi mate recently just finished reading the whole log and wanted to say thank you for being informative on your log as well as your Instagram I’ve added some of your principles into my own training and have recently started the exclusion diet to see which foods agree with me or not.

    I saw this morning that you trained relatively early and was wondering if you were in a fasted state or if you have moved your meals around your training and if so how would you approach this?

    Hello my man. My absolute pleasure.

    I trained fasted. It was only arms n with the food im in now I am never going to be depleted

    I woke 5:45 –

    750ml water as normal

    30 mins later my – TrainedByJP prepare plus sea salt

    Then on way to gym – TrainedByJP EAA 20g, 30g performance fuel , coconut water – sea salt

    Usual iso n pwo cereal

    Then my usual meals [/quote]

    Thank you for the advice @Hilly much appreciated I have arimadex on hand which I can use ASAP what would you take in this instance dosage wise? I know tamoxifen is a serm for gyno but I won’t be able to get it till next week.

    Hi guys thanks for your replies I wanted to hold off until I got my bloods done to analyse much better. I’ve jabbed every Monday and Thursday 0.5ml each so a 300mg dosage. Just to note that my current health stack is support max, d3, krill oil and a generic multivitamin.

    My blood results have just came back @Hilly

    Thanks guys for the advice think I’m going to rest might give me some time to catch up on Peaky Blinders too haha and I agree @GenericName that it is courteous to not go to the gym when ill but gainz are gainz 😉
