It’s really hard to say as each individual is different. The only way of knowing is running a pct and hcg and seeing what happens.

Thanks guys, appreciate it, my only concern is health implications of long term use….there’s very little evidence pointing in either direction that I can see…I’m not bothered about sperm count at all

If no obvious outside variable and sleep hygiene is good….I’d suggest cognitive behavioural therapy, google it and have a good read

Also google sleepio, this is an insomnia programme that is currently taking off across the UK it’s free to use in most counties and is extremely helpful

I’d note that if any mental health problems then a GP should be consulted as depression etc can completely change the make up of your sleep cycle and may require medication

Is there anything that might be causing this? Gear use? Caffeine? Bedtime routine? Alcohol consumption? Stressful situation with work/family/education?

Thanks for simplifying it…I don’t want to leave A deadlift variation out of a rotation so will leave it in with altering rep ranges…thanks for advice

Hey Corinne, thanks for the input, Same problem in the smith Unfortunately, dumbbell deadlifts are the only ones that allow me load up and not exacerbate my injury….id like to keep them in both rotations, just wondered if they stall to quickly

Rack pulls/conventional deads and any other variation except Db stiff deadlifts give me issues…

If i where you I’d Either reset weights and progress up again using perfect form or if maxed out lift progressions change exercises and progress on the new ones. Over time you can switch back to your current lifts and aim to prefers them again

Thanks hilly, I appreciate the input, I’ll blast on 500mg and miss out the pointless small increment jumps

Hilly that’s interesting to know, from what I’ve read around the subject (mainly on TRT dosages) both HDL and LDL levels decrease but there’s nothing there to link it with mortality

I’d be interested to read any literature about health and dosages at 600mg if you could point me in the right direction?

I’m sure @drdeanstmart has mentioned setting your test dose slightly above your current test levels? But I may be wrong
