    Haha yeah fair one mate, I work shifts so i never know what day it is anyway

    Thanks mate, I was thinking 250mg to start with, push up the lifts food and weight gradually until at a sticking point, then add a 100mg in and push as long as possible on that etc etc. Interested to know your thoughts?

    I’m only interested in running test only cycles so shouldn’t be too harsh on the hdl? When needed I have aromasin on hand and from what I’ve read there seems to be no significant impact on cholesterol.

    I shall start to implement supps dr dean suggests to increase hdl

    Mate I have the same issue, 3 years of falling to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and waking up 4 hours later without being able to get back to sleep. Up until recently I also worked shifts including nights, I’ve tried Phenergan, nytol, mitazapine, cognitive behavioural therapy, dr deans sleep stack and now I’m currently seeing a councillor. I still struggle now the same as I did 3 years ago.

    The councillor is making me start to think outside the box and is helping more then any sedative drug of sleep stack.

    Might be worth looking into what job you do? How that might affect your sleep?

    Also how do you feel when you wake up to early in the morning? Any physical signs such as short of breath? Fast heart beat? Do you feel groggy and half a sleep of wide awake? Are you urinating frequently throughout the night?

    Then more mental signs such as what goes through your head when you wake up? Worry? Anger? Any repeated thoughts?clock watching?

    And if you manage to beat this, do me a solid and let me know the secret ????

    @drdeanstmart thank you for weighing in! I have read everything I can find on sleep issues that you’ve posted and would like to thank you for sharing what you do.

    I have supplemented with most things you have recommended and have recently purchased your sleep stack.

    Unfortunately I still wake during the night

    I understand this is a complex issue that can’t be resolved by supplements alone but if there’s any other suggestions you may have to help me I would be very grateful

    Max yeah I stay on the low doses as I feel my goals can be met with the minimal gear use (or least I’m gunna try and up it if needed on the odd blast)

    I always thought sleep apnea was only a problem for obese and big bodybuilders ????

    Any sleep clinics you can recommend?

    Matthew I run bloods regularly and my test is at the high end of normal with TRT (self administered) Thanks for the suggestion though, I too have had numerous days off work due to this but what really pisses me off is the fact I can’t train, I go to the gym and i just feel like death half way through any kind of workout..recovery must be non existent

    I’ve tried both magnesium and have been on 5htp for some time now with. Yeah I’ve had a read of everything he’s posted on it, I will have another read of everything and see what else i can try

    Thank you for your reply. When on a blast at 400mg test at what point will hdl begin to drop? As in timeframe? Or is it very person specific and the only real way of knowing is bloods? I’m just thinking about the safest way to blast regarding lipid profile

    Thanks for the input guys, I’m currently cruising on 150mg test cyp for 8 weeks (blood work dependant) before upping it to 400mg and I’m a little frustrated as I have no specific goal so was seeing if anyone used a bulking approach in this time. But i think I’ll concentrate on maintaining this body weight so I’m lean enough to push up again on a blast

    Liver function all normal apart from:
    Ck 455 ug/l

    Ferritin/iron all in range
    Ferritin 268 ug/L
    Iron 23.26 umol/L
