No baseline bloods, this is the first time I’ve done them unfortunately. Typically diet at the minute 400c 250p 70gf
Carb sources oats, pasta, rice, bread, cerealsProtein sources chicken, tuna, steak, turkey mince eggs
Fat: eggs, coconut oil, nuts
Cheat meal once a week, usual involving pizza
My diet is generally clean when looking to add size, I feel no urge to eat poorly when Calories are high

@DrDeanStMart I have been on 200mg test cyp for 6 months and just received blood work back today . the last time I blasted on 500mg was 6 months ago, I’ve never done bloods before. And I’ve only ever used 20mg nolva daily on both my blast and my cruises

@blackcoffee I run the nolva due to gyno symptoms, slight tender nipples and palpable mass….maybe needs a lower dose to cruise on…I’m only 189 at 5ft9 with around 12-15%bodayfar

Before this I ran 500mg test cyp for 8 weeks….I have blast and cruised on these dosage for 5 years, i have no interest in coming off, only to manage my bloods and maximise gains on minimal dosage
